April 28 runs as parallel sessions — advisors working through enterprise value, growth strategy, M&A, and the direction of this firm, while their key staff engage in custodian-specific breakouts, workflow sessions, and operational working groups. Both groups close the day with cocktails, dinner, and conversation.

April 29 brings everyone to The Mansion at Mountain Lakes for a day of content, community, and an awards program that has grown right alongside this firm recognizing the advisors, employees, and milestone moments that define who we are.
